Summary
Redwire Space is seeking a Remote Technical Proposal Coordinator to support the full lifecycle of proposal development across our diverse portfolio. This role will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to produce compliant, compelling, and high‑quality responses to aerospace solicitations.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of technical proposals, white papers, capability statements, ROM estimates, and customer responses by coordinating with engineering, program management, and business development teams.
  • Assist in gathering, organizing, and documenting customer requirements, technical specifications, operational concepts, and mission needs to support opportunity assessments and proposal development.
  • Develop and maintain Technical Compliance Matrices (TCMs), requirements traceability documents, proposal content libraries, and supporting technical documentation.
  • Coordinate technical discussions among customers, business development personnel, and subject matter experts to ensure requirements are understood, documented, and addressed.
  • Prepare technical summaries, briefings, customer presentations, proposal volumes, capability descriptions, and related business development materials.
  • Support proposal planning and execution, including schedules, action-item tracking, content collection, review coordination, and submission preparation.
  • Maintain business development and proposal trackers, ensuring opportunities, milestones, deliverables, and customer engagements are accurately documented.
  • Coordinate customer meetings, Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs), proposal reviews, and internal planning sessions, including agendas, minutes, action-item tracking, and follow-up.
  • Support the Redwire Space Global Business Development Team and Lunar & Cislunar Missions by coordinating customer engagements, managing accounts, tracking actions, maintaining strategic partnerships, supporting industry events and conferences, and advancing business development initiatives.
  • Support special projects, operational initiatives, and strategic activities that contribute to Redwire’s growth and customer success.
Ideal Experience
  • B.S./B.A. in a relevant field with 2+ years of experience.
  • Strong technical writing and editing skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
Desired Skills
  • Strong time‑management and self‑starting abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience working in highly collaborative, fast‑paced environments.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and business development/capture processes.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Project.
  • Background in Aerospace & Defense, DoD, or U.S. military environments.
