Graphic Designer (Will consider all Senior levels)
At Redwire, design is more than aesthetics, it’s how we communicate innovation, mission impact, and engineering excellence across our space and defense business. We’re looking for an experienced designer who can turn ideas into compelling visuals that inform, inspire, and elevate our brand. You’ll work across a wide range of projects, and departments including technical teams to create assets that bring clarity and consistency to the Redwire brand.
Redwire Space, Inc. is currently seeking a talented Graphic Designer to work remotely on the following:
Core Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to concept and execute assets including presentations, web content, infographics, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and campaign materials.
- Develop and support a library of reusable visual assets (icons, illustrations, photography treatment) for use across platforms, ensuring consistency and ease of use.
- Manage external designers, illustrators, and vendors when specialized or large-scale creative support is needed.
- Own the end-to-end design and production of print materials for key conferences and marketing events, including flyers, informational leaflets, booklets, event menus, and physical signage.
- Produce dynamic digital assets for marketing campaigns, including events, and social media graphics.
- Ability to translate complex educational topics into accessible, engaging visuals and narratives.
- Skilled in creative direction, storytelling, and multimedia production across a variety of formats.
- Stay current on design trends, industry standards, and creative best practices bringing fresh ideas to advance Redwire’s brand presence.
Ideal Skills & Qualifications
- Exceptional creativity, visual problem-solving, and an eye for detail.
- 5+ years of professional design experience (corporate, agency, technology, aerospace, defense tech, or related fields).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); familiarity with Figma or similar platforms is a plus.
- Experience with presentation design in Microsoft PowerPoint. Familiarity with Keynote, Canva, and Google suite.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to explain design choices to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to provide consistent creative work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States
- Ability to travel of up to 15% may be required
- US citizen or legally authorized to work in the US (green card hold; visa sponsorship not accepted)
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in corporate design, marketing, or creative agency environments.
- Photography, motion graphics experience is a plus.
