Summary
Redwire Space Enterprises is seeking an experienced Contractor, ERP Functional Analyst to join the team in Goleta, CA. The ERP Functional Analyst role requires a combination of process and technical expertise skills to identify improvement opportunities and implement technical solutions in areas within and adjacent to the ERP application. The position holder will also act as a business readiness owner working across all functional areas to enable ERP continuity and improvements at our Goleta site.
Responsibilities
- Act as the Business Readiness Owner for ERP at Goleta.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the operational and business processes at Goleta within ERP scope and beyond into adjacent application areas.
- Be a local point of contact for assisting users with ‘how to do’ questions, training needs, reporting needs, technical issues, and new enhancement ideas.
- Collaborate with the broader ERP and Business Systems teams to be the liaison for site-wide issues, initiatives, and flow downs.
- Assist with all phases of the ERP solution development life cycle (SDLC), including design, testing, data migration, go-live and post go-live support.
- Create, update and maintain relevant site policies, procedures, forms and other controlled documents impacted by business process changes related to ERP.
- Be a champion for integrated processes, streamlined data flows and value creation.
- Deliver regular, comprehensive updates to senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment and informed decision‑making.
Ideal Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a relevant field with a minimum of 5 or more years of experience. We are willing to consider related experience in lieu of degree.
- ERP experience within SCM, MFG, and FIN modules (ideally Deltek).
- Experience with solution development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Experience working with large application implementation teams.
- Experience working in a US public company and familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and with US government contracting requirements.
Desired Skills
- Experience in the aerospace manufacturing industry
- Experience with ISO 9001/AS9100 requirements

How We Determine What We Pay (Compensation Philosophy)
Redwire determines pay for positions using local, national, and industry-specific survey data, for our locations throughout the US. We will evaluate external equity and the cost of labor/prevailing wage index, in the relative marketplace for jobs directly comparable to jobs within our company.
For new hires, we strive to make competitive offers allowing the new employee room for future growth. Salaries will be based on the applicant’s level of experience, education, and specialized knowledge and skills. Additionally, we consider the external market rate, the amount we have budgeted internally, and internal equity within the company for the same position. An employee/candidate with a stronger skill set will receive higher pay.
