About Redwire Space Europe
Our team of innovators in Belgium, Luxembourg & Poland is building space infrastructure & delivering entire satellites.

Redwire Space Europe is also a major player within satellite equipment, including on-board computers, power control and distribution units, and remote terminal units.

With inhouse cleanrooms & multiple working labs, our facilities are a major contributor to the space infrastructure of the International Space Station.
RDW build sophisticated science instruments and life support systems to enable long-term crewed missions.

Redwire Space Europe is also developing highly technical systems such as IBDM (International Berthing and Docking Mechanism) & STAARK a Robotic Arm system for delivering In-Space manufacturing and space debris solutions.

We are looking for a hands-on Account Manager,who acts as a key bridge between Sales, Project Management, and technical teams.

This role focuses on managing and negotiating change requests (CCNs), supporting proposal development, and ensuring smooth follow-up on out-of-scope work.You will play a crucial role in strengthening customer relationships, structuring incoming opportunities, and contributing to the commercial success of ESA-related projects within domains such as microgravity, IBDM, and avionics.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Proposal Support

Draft, review, and support the creation of proposals
Assist in the development and submission of CCNs (Change Control Notes)
Collaborate with Sales to provide clear visibility on pipeline and opportunities
Ensure alignment between customer expectations and internal capabilities

CCN & Scope Management

Take ownership of out-of-scope requests and ensure timely follow-up
Manage and track CCNs, ensuring accurate documentation and communication
Act as a dedicated point of contact to accelerate decision-making and approvals

Stakeholder Management

Serve as a bridge between Sales, Project Managers, and technical teams
Maintain direct contact with customers to follow up on proposals and CCNs
Provide structured feedback and updates to internal teams

Commercial & Strategic Contribution

Support negotiation of commercial terms and project scope
Contribute to tactical sales discussions and internal alignment
Help map and structure the sales pipeline

Profile & Skills

Background & Experience

Experience in a technical-commercial role (sales, proposals, or project support)
Affinity with the space sector and ESA projects is a strong plus
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with proposal writing and contract/change management is preferred
